No More Diploma at UTM

UTM diploma courses were started in 1955, before Malaya independence. Back then, it was under the name of Technical College. In year 1975, it became the main institution officially under UTM (Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) providing diploma courses to students after their secondary education.

This year – 2015 marks the end to 60 faithful years of nurturing young professionals through diploma programmes. No more diploma at UTM, it doesn’t sound merry.

Meanwhile, a new college is born as UTM diploma college goes to glory. Introducing the new SPACE College:

SPACE College is managed by UTMSPACE Services Sdn. Bhd, a wholly owned company of UTMSPACE. SPACE College offers its own homegrown programmes which are accredited by MQA. Programmes currently offered include Diploma in Facilities Management, Diploma in Management, and Diploma in Computer Science.
